ASPEN HOME RENOVATIONS
MATERIAL /LABOUR WARRANTY

“Aspen Home Renovations” offers the following warranty on labour and Materials as outlined below. Materials- York Aluminum- manufacturers of aluminum storm windows, Storm doors and porch enclosures. Vinylbilt Windows, Glengrove Premium Windows and Door systems (Oran), VWD (Vinyl Window Designs) and Mass Steel Door Systems. All companies have prorated, transferable warranties.

Royal, Kaycan, and Gentek vinyl siding and accessories - lifetime non-prorated transferable to lifetime non-prorated limited warranty.

All our suppliers warrants to you the original purchaser of products installed at the property with the above address (the “property”), that subject to the terms and conditions herein contained in each suppliers Lifetime Warranty, that all vinyl products will be free from manufacturing defects which result in peeling, flaking, chippping, splitting or blistering. This warranty will remain in effect during your lifetime as long as you are the owner of the property, subject to the Terms of Transferability set out in the manufacturers warranty.

Labour- all installations performed by Aspen Home Renonvation's skilled tradesman will be followed by a 10 year warranty. All warranties become effective as of invoice date. Aspen Home Renovations shall not be liable for damages to our work caused by vandalism, accidental or intentional damage, settlement, acts of god (hurricane, fire, floods, etc...), and all other causes beyond Aspen Home Renovation's control.
